| Abstract: | The express highways play a positive role in the development of economy and society in China,but there is a great deal of tolls levied on express highways by many social sectors.The development history,economic characteristics of express highways,and the necessity of ＂Getting loans for Building Roads and Repaying by Collecting Tolls＂ are discussed in this paper and some ideas for future development are also suggested. |
