新建本科院校师范毕业生就业形势分析及对策

由于我国高等教育大众化和中小学适龄入学学生人数减少,基础教育市场需求萎缩,用人单位门槛提高,人才培养模式滞后,毕业生就业观念单一和就业能力准备不足等因素,新建本科院校师范毕业生就业难问题日益突出。结合新建本科院校办学实际,应从优化专业设置、深化教育教学改革、改进师范生培养模式、完善就业政策以及加强就业指导等方面入手,逐步解决师范毕业生就业难问题。

Strategies for Employment of Normal University Graduates in Newly-upgraded Universities

With the popularization of higher education in China and the reduction of pupils of schooling age, graduates of normal universities find it more and more difficult to be employed. In those newly-upgraded universities due to the shrink of markets for basic education, the hysteresis of methods or modes in education, the monotonous idea of employment among students, and the inadequate capacity of pre-employment preparations among students have mage the situation even less optimistic. Thus, in view of the problems for employment of graduates from newly-upgraded universities, we need to optimize the setting of subjects, to deepen the reform of education, to improve the methods of educating normal students, to perfect the policies for employment and to strengthen the instruction for employment so as to solve the new problems of employment for normal graduates.
