弘扬传统美德 履行精神赡养义务

随着我国物质生活水平的不断提高和老年人口的不断增长,如何赡养老年人的问题显得尤为突出。在物质赡养问题得到基本解决后,老年人的精神赡养需求日益凸显,精神赡养的诉讼也呈上升趋势。如何保护老年人这一弱势群体的合法权益已是亟待解决的问题。通过分析精神赡养的现状及存在的问题,从不同角度提出完善对策,以期进一步完善老年人精神赡养法律制度。

Legal Thinking of Spiritual Support for Senior Citizens

izens is becoming more and more important. After the material support for senior citizens has been basically met, the spiritual needs will be highlighted. More and more legal suit on it have also appeared. So finding a way to protect the rights of senior citizens is quiet important. By analyzing the spiritual support of the current situation and existing problems, this paper tries to put forward some measures from different angles so as to improve the legal system of spiritual support for senior citizens.
