| 摘 要： | 21世纪的图书馆是典型的“复合图书馆”,相应地要求图书馆员要具有复合能力,而馆员复合能力的提升应注重资源建设、管理、服务目标的定位,熟练掌握网络技术,强化信息利用技能,不断更新知识结构,勇于创新,形成良好的服务理念,广泛开展合作与交流活动。

| Abstract: | The library in 21st century,which is a typical "compound library",requires correspondingly the librarians possessing the compound ability.And the improvement of librarians' compound ability should lay stress on the construction and management of the resources and the positioning of the service targets,skillfully master the network techniques,strengthen the skills of utilizing the information,continuously renew the knowledge structure,be bold in making innovations,forming the good service concept,and widely conduct the cooperation and communication. |
