维生素B2在电化学预处理玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其痕量测定

摘    要:用阳极氧化和循环扫描的方法电化学预处理得到的玻碳电极(PGCE)有一对可逆的氧化还原峰(Epa=-0.073V,Epc=0.044V)。PGCE能大大提高水溶性的维生素如维生素B2(VB2)的电化学响应。实验表明VB2在PGCE上是吸附行为。PGCE具有很强的稳定性,用其能测定痕量的VB2和复合维生素片剂中的VB2,结果令人满意。

Abstract:An electrochemically pretreated glassy carbon electrode (PGCE) was achieved by anodic oxidation at 1.8?V and following potential cycling in the potential range from -0.8 to+1.0?V. The resulting PGCE gave well-defined redox peaks with E pa =-0.073?V, E pc =0.044?V. The PGCE showed good activity in improving the electrochemical responses of some water soluble Vitamin B 2 (VB 2), VB 2 could be adsorbed at PGCE. The PGCE was rather stable and can be used to trace determination of VB 2, and VB 2 in multivitamin vitamin tablets.
