地骨皮中黄酮类化合物的吐温-80协同超声提取

摘    要:采用表面活性剂协同超声法提取地骨皮中的总黄酮。研究表面活性剂种类和浓度、超声功率和时间、提取温度和时间等因素对地骨皮总黄酮得率的影响,并通过正交试验设计优化工艺条件。结果表明:优化的工艺条件为:吐温-80表面活性剂质量浓度为2 g/L,液固比20 mL/g,在140 W下超声20 min,然后在85℃恒温槽中提取45min,地骨皮总黄酮的得率为2.70%。与其他提取方法相比,该方法在提取效率和得率上都有较大优势,具有得率高、省时等优点。

Abstract:The process conditions for ultrasonic-surfactant extraction of flavonoids from Cortex lycii were studied.The effects of type and concentration of surfactant,ultrasonic power and time,and leaching temperature and time on the extraction yield of flavonoids were investigated through single factor experiments. Orthogonal experiments were carried out to optimize the process condition.The optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were as follows;Tween-80 2 g/L,ultrasonic power 140 W,ultrasonic time 40 min,material/liquid ratio 20 mL/g,leaching time 45 min,and leaching temperature 85℃.The yield of flavonoids reached up to 2.70%under these conditions.Compared with other methods,this extraction method had the characteristics of high yield,time-saving,and so on.
