摘    要:分别用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BMIM BF4)和三乙胺(TEA)作流动相添加剂,用高效液相色谱法分离苦参中的生物碱,并分别考察添加剂浓度对组分保留和分离效率的影响,对两种添加剂的分离效果做了比较研究,同时对分离机制做了初步探讨。结果表明:离子液体作添加剂能够使苦参中的生物碱达到完全分离,减少试样的拖尾峰,改善峰形,提高分离效率。与TEA体系相比,生物碱的保留值降低幅度较小。在相同浓度下,分离效能较高。添加量提高时,组分的保留值减小。

Abstract:The chromatographic behavior of matrine-type alkaloids on a C18 column containing different concentrations of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BMIM BF4 ) or triethylamine(TEA) was studied by using retention factor and peak efficiency as the criteria for chromatographic efficiency. The result showed that the addition of BMIM BF4 had superior effects on the separation of these basic compounds with reducing tailing and improving peak shape.Meanwhile,BMIM BF4 didn’t change the solute retention factors and improve chromatographic efficiency while TEA decreased on same concentration.
