摘    要:合成4种11-脱氧甘草次酸3,30双糖链皂苷。以苯甲酰基保护的糖基三氯乙酰亚胺酯为供体,在TMSOTf的催化作用下与11-脱氧甘草次酸C3位羟基和C30位羧基进行偶联,以较好的收率制备得11-脱氧甘草次酸3,30双糖链皂苷(6a,6b,6c,6d)。化合物均未见报道,结构经核磁共振(~1H NMR)确证,均为1,2反式构型糖苷键。

Abstract:Four 11-deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid 3,30-bisdesmosides were synthesized.C3-OH and C30-COOH of 11-deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid were coupled as glycosyl-receptors with the benzoyl glycoyl trichloroacetimidates through one-pot glycosylation method on the promotion of TMSOTf to afford 11 -deoxoglycyrrhetinic acid 3,30-bisdesmosides(6a,6b,6c,6d).The structures were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H NMR).The result indicatedβglycosidic bond.
