摘    要:以研究高驱动通量的驱动体系为目标,考察具有一定的空间结构且体积较大的有机盐类分子作为正渗透驱动液的可能性。以乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)二钠盐为溶质,评价了其正渗透驱动通量和截留效率。结果表明,以商业反渗透膜为评价介质,0.5 mol/L EDTA为驱动液,水通量为13.6 L/(m2.h),驱动效率高于NaCl。

Abstract:Forward osmosis(FO) was a natural process without the input of external energy.It was a potential technique for the development of new technology for seawater desalination,power generation by pressure-retarded osmosis and most importantly as osmotic engine for controlled release.For the development of highly effective draw system,the use of ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) as draw solute was investigated and its performance in FO process using reverse osmosis membrane was evaluated.A flux of 13.6 L/(m2·h) was found on a draw concentration of 0.5 mol/L.Results showed that EDTA had a higher draw efficiency than NaCl.
