| 摘 要： | 本文通过对辽宁沿海地区经济发展现状的认识和对未来发展趋势的预测,采用多目标动态决策和多层次权重分析的方法,选取了经济发展水平、自然资源、合理营养水平和生态环境等四类十三项主要制约人口再生产指标,经过综合平衡和定量计算分析,提出了该区域近期(2000年)和远期(2065年)适度人口的容量目标,为区域人口规划提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of economic development and the prediction of development trend in the future on the littoral areas in Liaoning. In this paper, the author adopted the methods of dynamic multi-goal decision and multi-layer weight analysis, selected a lot of indexes of preventing population development,such as economic development condition, natural resources, reasonable nutrition level and ecological environment. After overall balance and calculating, the author gave the goals of optimum population capacity in the near future (2000) and in the far future (2065) and provided scientific basis for population plans on the area. |
