| 摘 要： | 文中所介绍的循环带锯式轮胎断面锯切机,可对各类轮胎(包括半钢丝、全钢丝子午线轮胎及斜交轮胎)进行平行面或扇形面试片的自动快速切割。所切试片断面形状规整,无须再经任何预处理,即可在与之配套的树脂砂带打磨机上抛光成型,制成标准检测试片。从试片上不仅能看清各帘线的排列分布和断面结构,而且可以清晰地分辨出不同胶种的结合界面。该机的研制成功为轮胎结构设计、质量控制与成品检测提供了国际通用的先进检测手段,因而也是大中型轮胎厂必备的检测设备。

| Abstract: | A saw machine for tyre section has been designed and manufactured. With this machine, parallel and sector shape test slices can be made speedly and automatically. The test slice has regular shape. It can be polished with the polish machine to become a standard test slice. On the section of this slice, you can distinguish not only the arrangements of the steel wires or fibre wires, but also the interfaces of different compounds. The success of this machine provides an advanced means for checking the tyre design and for quality testing and controlling of tyre production. So it may be an essential apparatus of tyre factory. |
