| Abstract: | The working state of cutting tools has an important influence on the normal conditions of a machine tool. To detect the losing efficacy of cutting tools has become extremely urgent. This paper presents an alarm system for the breakage of the cutting tools by monitoring the differential of cutting power. The system is controlled by a single-board computer-TP801-B and can be used in many fields. |
