链霉素对怀牛膝中钾、钙、铁元素含量的影响

摘    要:以怀牛膝风筝棵和核桃纹2个品种为材料,研究了链霉素对怀牛膝中K,Ca,Fe元素含量的影响,原子吸收光谱法测定结果表明风筝棵和核桃纹中均含有K,Ca,Fe元素,且3种元素的含量差别非常明显,KCaFe.与对照相比,低浓度链霉素(50mg/L)处理使得怀牛膝中K,Ca,Fe元素含量增加,而高浓度链霉素(100mg/L)处理却使K,Fe元素含量降低.链霉素对风筝棵和核桃纹2个品种中K,Ca,Fe元素含量的影响程度不同,对风筝棵的影响程度较大.本研究结果表明,怀牛膝的两个品种风筝棵和核桃纹中的K,Ca,Fe元素含量有明显差别,且链霉素对其产生的影响也不同,链霉素对怀牛膝中微量元素影响的具体机制还不清楚,需要进一步研究.

Effects of Streptomycin on K, Ca and Fe in Achyranthes Bideentata Bl
Abstract:In this article,two species Fengzhengke and Hetaowen of Achyranthes bideentata are employed to study the effects of streptomycin on K,Ca,Fe element by Atomic absorption spectrometry,it is found K,Ca and Fe are all detected in two species of Achyranthes bideentata,but the content of three elements is evidently different,both are K>Ca>Fe in Fengzhengke species and Hetaowen species. Compared with the control,the content of K,Ca and Fe element increase in Achyranthes bideentata treated with 50 mg/L streptomycin,but content of K and Fe reduce in plants treated with 100 mg/L streptomycin. In addition,the effects of streptomycin on K,Ca and Fe in Fengzhengke and Hetaowen of Achyranthes bideentata are various. In conclusion,these above results suggest,the content of K,Ca and Fe element in two species Fengzhengke and Hetaowen of Achyranthes bideentata differentiate distinctly,and the effect of streptomycin on two species of Achyranthes bideentata also took on distinct,however the mechanism of streptomycin influencing on trace element in Achyranthes bideentata is unclear,and should be studied further.
