“两个不间断,三个零距离”人才培养模式的探索与实践——以福建信息职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业为例

摘    要:福建信息职业技术学院积极探索工学结合人才培养模式,其模具设计与制造专业作为福建省重点专业,通过与企业合作,联合开办“骏鹏班”,开展工学结合人才培养模式的改革与创新,共同探索“两个不间断,三个零距离”为特征的人才培养模式,实现了学校、企业、学生和社会的多赢。在此基础上,分析了实践过程中所遇到的困难和问题。

Abstract:Learning-working Combination is a teaching pattern which combines learning with working together. Pushing forward Learning-working Combination is the trend of the development of vocational education. In the co-operating with Fujian Junpeng Hardware Corp., Ltd., Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology took the reformation which is called Two non-interruptions & Three zero-distances in the Mould Design and Manufacture major. In this paper, some experience accumulated during the reformation are introduced. The problems and difficulties occurring in the practice of talent cultivating mode are presented and analyzed.
