| 摘 要： | 以自然水体生物膜为研究对象,分析测定滴滴涕(DDT)在生物膜上的吸附等温线,并考察在不同温度和pH环境因素作用下生物膜对DDT吸附的影响。结果表明,DDT在生物膜上的吸附符合Freundlich模型,温度和pH对吸附有一定影响,较低温度和较低pH值均能促进生物膜对DDT的吸附。

| Abstract: | Sorption isotherm of DDT on biofilms in aquatic environment was examined to understand its sorption behavior.Influencesof pH and temperature on DDT sorption on biofilms were also studied.Results indicated that the sorption of DDT fit well to the Freundlich sorption isotherm.Temperature and pH value also influenced the sorption progress in certain degree,with higher adsorptive capacities of DDT on biofilms under lower temperature and pH value. |
