| 摘 要： | 音乐美育不是音乐知识及技能的教育，其终极目标是育人，属于素质教育中的人格教育范畴。音乐美育的目的和效用是培养审美人格，由此而促进人的道德人格、智能人格乃至整个身心的全面发展。音乐美育的育人效用主要体现在情感陶冶、品德渲染和智力开发三方面，这是由音乐的特性决定的。

| Abstract: | Music education is not an education of music knowledge and skill. It's aim is to educate the person, and it's belongs to personality education of quality education. Music education's aim and effect is to cultivate, so as to better people's moral personality, intelligence personality and even the all-round development of the whole mind. The effect of music education, which is decided by the features of music, is mainly expressed in feeling cultivating, moral and intelligence development. |
