机床低频杂音的分析

摘    要:本文应用波动理论分析机床某些低频杂音产生的机理,认为机床低频杂音的重要来源之一,是机床传动系统中齿轮啮合频率与某边频在幅值接近时形成的拍现象的声音响应。从拍运动方程可知,拍信号可用频谱分析方法来识別。由此本文提出识别机床杂音的方法。

Abstract:In this paper the mechanism of the formation of low-frequency noise of machine tools is analyzed by means of wave theory. According to this analysis, one of the major sources of low-frequency noise heard in machine tools is the sound response formed from beating phenomenon of gear-meshing frequency and its side frequency in the machine tool transmitting system,when their amplitude valuer approach nearer to each other. It is known from the beating equation that the beating signal can be distinguished by means of the spectral analytical method.Based on all the data and phenomena mentioned above, this paper puts forward a distinguishing m2thod to verify whether the machine tool beat-frequency noise is existing.
