| 摘 要： | 自2000年以来,房地产业在中国迅速地发展起来,并在中国社会经济发展中占据着重要的位置,与此同时也产生了一系列的问题,政府制定相应的政策,从宏观上调控房地产市场,使之健康、持续、快速地发展,为中国经济发展做出了很大的贡献。文章结合各调控政策,对现今房地产业出现的一些问题进行分析,并提出了一些建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | Since 2000,the real estate industry has developed rapidly in China,and occupies the important position in the China socio-economic development,at the same time also has a series of questions,the government has formulated the corresponding policy,macroscopically regulates the real estate market,causes it health,develops continually,has made the very big contribution for the Chinese economic development. |
