摘    要:应用同位素示踪技术研究小麦籽粒发育的不同时期植株同化物在穗内的分配模式。结果发现,孕穗期和灌浆末期植株的同化物对穗两端小穗及远轴籽粒有利。大粒生长势强,有利于对当时同化物的竞争。讨论了同化物分配与籽粒发育的关系。

Abstract:In this paper isotopic trace technique was used for a preliminary study on the distribution of ~(14)C within an ear, as well as its relationship with the development of wheat kernels. The assimilate accumulated during the boot stage and at the end of milking stage is of great advantage both to the upper spikelets in ear and the distal florats. The bigger kernel helps compete assimilate at that time. The assimilate distribution within an ear in relation to the development of wheat kernel was discussed.
