UF-100、Ur-300、常规镜检法结果可靠性比较临床分析

摘    要:目的比较UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪、Ur-300干化学分析仪、常规镜检法结果的可靠性.方法随机收集北华大学附属医院2011年9—11月住院患者晨尿标本1 000份,分别采用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、Ur-300干化学分析仪及显微镜检查3种检测方法进行对比,分析其各自方法的可靠性.结果由1 000份标本统计得出:UF-100与显微镜两种检测方法的有形成分阳性结果符合率白细胞、红细胞、管型分别为86.3%,75.1%,40.9%;UF-100与Ur-300两种检测方法的有形成分阳性结果符合率白细胞、红细胞分别为89.3%,77.8%.结论 UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与Ur-300干化学分析仪两种方法结果不符时,要以常规镜检法为准.此3种方法联合使用,可提高检测结果的精确度和准确度,为临床医生提供可靠数据.

Abstract:Objective To compare the reliability of results achieved with UF-100 automated urine sediment analyzer,Ur-300 dry chemistry analyzer and the conventional microscope.Method 1000 morning urine specimens of patients hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University from September 2011 to November 2011 were collected randomly,and were examined respectively by using UF-100 automated urine sentiment analyzer,Ur-300 dry chemistry analyzer and the conventional microscope.The results from three detection methods were compared to analyze their respective reliability.Results The statistical analysis showed that the coincidence rates of positive formed components of leukocytes,red blood cells and casts in the 1000 samples with the UF-100 automated urine sentiment analyzer and the conventional microscope were 86.3%,75.1% and 40.9% respectively,and those of leukocytes and red blood cells in the samples with UF-100 automated urine sentiment analyzer and Ur-300 dry chemical analyzer were 89.3% and 77.8% respectively.Conclusion When the results obtained with UF-100 automated urine sediment analyzer and Ur-300 dry chemistry analyzer are not consistent,it is necessary to refer to the result achieved with the conventional microscope.The combined application of three methods can improve the accuracy of the testing to provide reliable data for the clinicians.
