难加工材料成形磨削烧伤研究

摘    要:采用金相分析法,分析齿轮烧伤试件的表面温度分布状态,结合成形磨削齿条的模拟试验,研究成形磨削烧伤形成机理及影响因素,提出了避免成形磨削烧伤的工艺措施。研制出新的结构砂轮,应用结果表明,CBN(立方氮化硼)断续内冷却缓磨工艺在难加工材料高效高精度成形磨削中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The burned casehardened gear is studied systematically by the use of metallographical inspection and SEM,and the grinding temperature distributions of the root of tooth and the flank of tooth are evaluated.The mechanism of profile grinding burn and its influencing factors are analysed through the simulated test of profile grinding racks,and the improvements of grinding burn are proposed simultaneously.A new type CBN grinding wheel is developed.Its practical application shows that this new type CBN form grinding wheel can yield good surface integrity and high production rate without grinding burn.The technology is of potential utility in the process of profile grinding difficult to machine materials.
