Nb_2O_5/CdS纳米粒子的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:通过简单的沉淀法合成了Nb2O5/Cd S纳米粒子,利用XRD、TEM、XPS对其进行了表征,采用制备的Nb2O5/Cd S纳米粒子在可见光照射下对罗丹明B进行了降解实验.结果表明:负载在Nb2O5表面上的Cd S粒径大小较均一,约为35 nm,在可见光照射下,Cd S质量比为20%的Nb2O5/Cd S纳米粒子光催化活性最佳,可见光照射下3 h对罗丹明B降解率为98%,经过3次循环利用,发现其具有良好的光催化稳定性.

Abstract:Nb2O5/CdS nanoparticles were prepared by a facile precipitation method. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and XPS. The photocatalytic activity of Nb2O5/CdS under visible light irradiation for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) was investigated. The results showed that the CdS particles, which were scattered on the surface of Nb2O5, had a relatively uniform size distribution of around 35 nm. A mass ratio of 20% CdS in the composite photocatalysts demonstrated the best photocatalytic activity. The degradation rate of RhB was approximately 98% under visible light irradiation in 3 h, and the photocatativity was found stable even after 3 cycles.
