食品机械与设备的教学改革与实践

摘    要:根据食品机械与设备的课程特点,主要从加强前导课程设置,激发学生兴趣;整合教学内容,增加设计性锻炼;充分利用信息化资源,扩大学生视野;改进教学方法,倡导启发式教学;加强实践性教学环节,提高学生动手能力等方面论述了对该课程的教学改革与实践,对该课程的教学有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of Food machinery and equipment,the followed skills are introduced to carry out practice and innovation in this course with a view to improving students' comprehensive ability.Firstly,put pre-course ahead to trigge off students' couristy,then integrate teaching content by adding designing experience,thirdly,utilize information sources to widen students' horizon,forthly improve teaching method focused on enlightened teaching method,finally strenghten practical teaching to heighten practical ability.
