温度对NOx生成影响的数值模拟

摘    要:煤粉的高效、低污染燃烧一直都是国际社会共同关注的焦点问题。采用非预混燃烧模型,模拟煤粉在炉膛内燃烧过程氮氧化物(NOx)的生成,分析比较了燃烧温度对热力型NOx和燃料型NOx的生成速率、炉内的组分以及煤粉颗粒在炉膛中的停留时间等的影响,并对NOx控制技术研究进行了分析与归纳,并得出结论。随着燃烧温度增高,热力型NOx成指数关系增长,燃料型NOx的生成速率是降低的,还原速率是升高的。

Abstract:The problem of high efficiency and low pollution during the process of pulverized coal(P.C.) combustion is one of the hot topics which is concerned by many energy researchers in the whole world.In this paper,numerical simulation has been performed by using the Non-Premixed Combustion Model to study the chemical reaction of pulverized coal combustion in the furnace,such as the effects of different temperatures to the rates of thermal NOx and fuel NOx,mixture fraction of furnace components and the combusting particle’ residence time in the furnace.Then it summarizes the NOx control technology,which provides an essential theoretical base for effective controlling nitrogen oxide formation in the process of coal combustion.
