摘    要:在建立挖掘机故障诊断模型并分析故障诊断流程的基础上,阐述了故障诊断知识库设计中数据库技术的应用、知识的表示、知识库的结构与组织等关键技术,以挖掘机液压系统故障诊断为实例介绍了故障诊断知识库设计的方法与步骤。

Design of grab fault diagnosis knowledge base based on fault tree analytic process

Abstract:Based on building the grab fault diagnosis model and analyzing fault diagnosis procedures,this paper introduces some key technologies during the design of fault diagnosis knowledge base,such as the application of database technique,the denotation of knowledge,the structure and framework of knowledge base.Moreover,utilizing the example of grab hydraulic subsystem fault diagnosis,the method and procedures of building fault diagnosis knowledge base are also introduced in it.
