摘    要:八角茴香油树脂含有蜡、胶质、色素等杂质 ,产品在使用上受到限制 .用氧化铝吸附能达到一定除杂效果 ,产品香味更清纯 .傅里叶变换红外光谱仪 (FTIR)测定除杂前后样品的红外光谱 ,表明经氧化铝除杂的样品的谱图特征峰较未处理原样的芳香区突出 ,故氧化铝是八角茴香油树脂除杂的良好吸附剂 ,且柱析法优于浸泡法 .

Abstract:The star anise oil extracted contains a number of imparities, such as wax, colloid, pigment, etc. So its product is restricted in employ. The experiment indicates that it is effective to extract star anise oil with the adsorption of aluminum oxide. And the smell of the product is more fresh fragrance and pure. Furthermore, both the sample extracted and the sample in-extracted are appraised by FTIR. The result shows that Feature peak of IR. of the sample extracted with aluminum oxide is close to the original IR feature. The area of fragrant feature of IR is more outstanding. Evidently, aluminum oxide is a good adsorption. The column chromatography is superior immersion.
