摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展,全国交通运输行业也在蓬勃发展.2006年国务院发布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》),交通运输业列为重点领域,其中交通基础设施的发展思路是“围绕国家重大交通基础设施建设,突破建设和养护关键技术,提高建设质量,降低全寿命成本”.在《纲要》框架下,相关部门在轨道交通、跨海湾通道、离岸深水港、大型航空港、大型桥梁和隧道、综合立体交通枢纽、高速公路、机场跑道等交通基础设施进行重点部署,并取得了显著成效.

Abstract:With the rapid development of China''s economy, the country''s transportation industry is also booming. National medium and long-term science and technology development plan issued in 2006 by the National State Council and transportation as a key area, transport infrastructure development ideas which is "around the state''s major transportation infrastructure, construction and maintenance of key technology breakthroughs, to improve construction quality and reduce life-cycle costs." In the "Plan" framework, the relevant departments in rail traffic, cross the Gulf channel, offshore deepwater port, large airports, major bridges and tunnels, a comprehensive three-dimensional transport hub, highways, airport runways and other transportation infrastructure to focus on the deployment and made remarkable results.
