摘    要:采用有限元模拟方法,利用Moldflow软件对注塑冷却过程进行模拟.以香盒零件为研究对象,对多种不同冷却方案进行了模拟分析.根据模拟结果,比较分析了不同冷却方案的冷却过程,并优化出了香盒零件的最佳随形冷却水道.利用选择性激光烧结快速制模工艺制造出设计好的具有最优随形冷却水道的注塑模具.应用该模具进行实际的注塑生产,其工艺参数和最终注塑产品质量均验证了模拟结果.采用随形冷却的香盒零件注塑模,其生产效率提高了30%,翘曲变形仅为普通模具的20%

Abstract:Finite element method and Moldflow code were to simulate the cooling process of injection tooling.The optimal conformal cooling channel was found by means of the simulating analyses for various cooling schemes.The injection tooling with the designed optimal conformal cooling channels was fabricated by using the selected laser sintering technique.A practical injection was conducted by using the injection tooling,and the technical parameters used and the quality of produced injection parts both verify the simulated results,i.e. The injection tooling of pomander with conformal cooling channels improves 30 % in the production efficiency,and its warpage is only 20 % as much as the conventional injection tooling.
