摘    要:针对制造/再制造集成物流网络中回收产品的数量及质量的不确定性,提出将回收产品按质量等级分为可用于再制造和需要报废处理两类,并将其数量都看成随机参数.以投资成本和运输成本最低为目标函数,建立基于机会约束条件的随机规划模型,以确定物流设施的数量、位置和物流量.提出采用混合智能算法直接求解,避免现有研究中将机会约束规划转化为确定性等价类所带来的问题.通过算例验证了模型及算法的有效性.

Abstract:There are the uncertainty quantities and qualities of recycled products in integrated logistics network of manufacture/remanufacture systems.In order to solve this problem,it is proposed that recycled products were divided into two sorts,remanufacturabel products and waste ones,according to their qualities,and the quantities of those products were taken as random variables. A stochastic programming model is proposed by minimizing the total cost of investment and transportation cost.The numbers and locations of various logistics facilities and the volume of corresponding goods are yielded.Hybrid intelligent algorithm consisting is submitted to solve the model efficiently and avoid converting chance constraints to their respective crisp equivalents,The validity of the model and algorithm is demonstrated by a case study.
