| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the connotations and principles of the circulating economy, through probing into the present situation of and the existing problems in the economic development of Xi'an City, puts forward some measures and suggestions for developing the circulating economy, and points out that developing the circulating economy is a strategical selection for realizing the sustainable development of Xi'an City. |
