| 摘 要： | 分析了等半径圆弧过渡曲面成形刀纵向加工干涉产生的原因，并将其分为横向和径向两种干涉。给出了它们的判断准则和不产生这两种干涉的最大刀径计算方法。

| Abstract: | lt has been found difficult to avnid the interference during the machining of arcc blends of e- qual radii with forming cutters in the longitudinal direction. The interference can be classified into two categories , that in the transverse direction and that in the longitudinal direction. The mechanism of occurrence of interference is discussed and the criteria for distinguishing between the two kinds of in- terference as well as the method of calculating the maximum diameter of the cutter in order to avoid interference are proposed. |
