| 摘 要： | 通过黄体酮对狗、大鼠的离体平滑肌、对大鼠在体输尿管平滑肌和皮肤电活动及对小鼠热板法的测痛等影响的实验研究,证实黄体酮能降低输尿管平滑肌的张力,减慢其蠕动频率,并可降低皮肤电反射波和延长热痛反应时间,提示黄体酮治疗肾绞痛与它松弛输尿管平滑肌和镇痛作用有关。

| Abstract: | This article deals with the mechanism of progesterone in relieving renal colic pain. The effect of progesterone on the isolated ureteral smooth muscles of dogs and rats and on the intact ureteral smooth muscles of rats is studied. The galvanic skin reflex activity and the pain threshold of mice by heating block method etc. are determined. The results confirmed that progesterone can lower the tension of ureteral smooth muscles, decrease its peristaltic rate and depress the galvanic skin reflex of rats, prolong the time of response to heat and pain in mice. it is suggested that the mechanism of progesterone in the treatment of renal colic is possibly due to the relaxation of ureteral smooth muscles and the analgesic action induced by progesterone. |
