| Abstract: | Antitumor assay experiments showed that some antigenic peptides of glutathione S transferases of schistosoma could inhibit the proliferation of several human tumor cell strains with satisfied inhibitive rates by the tetrazolium salt MTT (3 (4,5 dimethylthiazol 2 yl) 2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) colorimetric assay method. |
