| 摘 要： | 企业IT治理和规划是企业在作业、管理和经营等各环节和层次利用计算机网络等现代信息技术,不断提高作业、经营、管理和决策能力,从而提高企业产品的市场竞争力和利润水平。本文从概念上表述了IT治理及规划,并进行了简单的论述。
