四种食用菌消毒剂的抑菌效果比较

摘    要:在平板培养基上对四种常见食用菌消毒剂的抑菌效果进行比较研究,进而选出在同等条件下对霉菌抑制效果较好、低毒、低残留、针对性较强、性价比较高的食用菌广谱消毒剂.结果表明:在所选的四种消毒剂中甲基托布津(F)70%超微型可湿性粉剂对霉菌的抑菌作用较好,百菌清75%可湿性粉剂和甲霜灵.锰锌58%可湿性粉剂效果次之,代森锰锌70%可湿性粉剂作用较差.

Abstract:By comparing the effect of four common edible mushroom disinfectan'ts on the medium plate,we can select one that is more effective,less poisonous,low residual,strong pointed and high natural price ratio on the same condition.From the selected 4 disinfectants,we can get the result that the methyl Topsin(F) 70% ultramicro wettability displays the highest medicinal function.The daconil 75% wettability and the armor frost work the manganese zinc 58% wettability are not as effective as Topsin(F) 70% ultramicro wettability,and the dithane M-22 zinc 70% wettability is the worst.
