| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了工作流的相关概念、包括工作流的分类和工作流的动态修改规则,然后针对电信行业的业务特点,提出了电信工作流系统的初步设计以及相应的动态修改规则,实践证明该系统的设计思想是有意义的,并对同类系统的开发具有参考价值。
