| 摘 要： | 把天然矿物原料长石、石英和双飞粉、碳酸钡、氧化锌等粉料混匀,然后在熔块窑炉中熔融成玻璃液经水淬,筛分成具有一定粒级的碎粒,干燥后置于模具中压实、压平,于辊道窑中晶化烧结成微晶玻璃陶瓷板.同样,也可以把上述熔块小颗粒用布料器在素坯上布料,经滚筒把熔块压平、压实,然后进辊道窑晶化,烧结成微晶玻璃陶瓷.制成的微晶玻璃陶瓷板产品的莫氏硬度为6.5,光泽度为98 Gs(光泽单位)以上,抗弯曲强度为31.4 MPa,抗压强度为450 MPa,吸水率为0.1%,具有耐急冷急热、耐酸碱、耐污染的能力.
