| 摘 要： | 构造了一种用四阶Runge-Kutta公式实现对四极滤质器中离子轨迹模拟的计算方法，并对不同的a,q值及不同的离子入射位置及角度下Mathieu方程的稳定性作了研究．结果表明，用该方法计算出的离子轨迹与理论分析相当一致，这对四极质谱仪的虚拟成形技术有很大的益处．

| Abstract: | Based on four-stage Runge-Kutta method,a kind of method about ions trace calculation in a quadrupole mass filter is constructed,the stabilities of Mathieu equation at different a and q values or different positions and angles are also studied.The calculation results of ions trace are concordant with the theoretical analysis,which shall contribute a lot to the virtual shaping technology of quadyupole mass filters.It can be also used in the calculation of ion traps. |
