| Abstract: | College student management in the United States has developed systematically for a long-term and has developed a mature model.Through the comparison and analysis of the ideas of the college counsellors' work,the role positioning and system of professional associations in Sino-US colleges,the paper discusses ways to further enhance the level of our counsellors' work and optimize the structure of the counsellors. |
