高频脉冲等离子切割的研究

摘    要:把高频焊接电弧压力大、挺度好的特点应用到空气等离子切割,并进行了高频电弧切割的工艺实验。实验结果表明:高频等离子切割电弧也具有高频焊接电弧挺度好、压力大的特点,高频电弧与直流电弧切割相比能加快切割速度,提高切口质量。

Abstract:Technological eperiments on applying high-frequency welding arc to air plasma cutting have been done for the greater arc pressure and better stiffness of the welding arc. The experimental results suggest that high-frequency plasma cutting arc has the same characteristics as the welding arc does, and enabels us to increase cutting speed as well as to improve cutting quality.
