| 摘 要： | 高师教育的课堂教学是学校实施素质教育的主要阵地，是学生职业能力得以提高和发展的前提和基础.对于高师教育而言，所培养的人才不应该是理论压缩型或者是简单操作型，而应该是高层次应用型．在新形势的指导下，作为教育一线的我们必须改变传统教学观念，充分提高课堂教学的艺术，以求得最佳教学效果．
