过黄浦江顶管工程的精密导向技术

摘    要:在误差分析的基础上研究了长距离顶管工程中精密导向技术,所采取的各种合理分配、施测方案、竖井的精密方位传递、提高陀螺经纬仪的定向精度以及为满足顶管工程动态顶进特点而采用精密导线控制自动导向系统等一系列的方法和措施,确保了贯通的高精度,有铲地解决了顶管中精密导向问题,本项于上海市过黄浦江顶管工程,效果显著。

Abstract:The precise guiding technology used in long distance underground pipe driving project is studied on the basis of error analysis.Some methods and measures are studied,such as the rational readjustment of all kinds of error,the surveying plan,the precise azimuth transfer of shaft,and the auto guiding system with traverse control improving the orientation precision of gyro theodolite,in order to take into consideration the feature of dynamic driving in of the underground pipe driving project.The high precision of holing through is ensured,and the precise guiding problems in the underground pipe driving project are resolved effectively.This technology is applied to the underground pipe driving project through the Huangpu River in Shanghai,and the result is significant.
