豫西丘陵区不同氮、钾肥用量配施对豫麦47号品质和产量的影响

在该试验条件下 ,豫麦 47号的湿面筋含量平均为 2 8.3%,吸水率、面团形成时间、稳定时间分别为 6 3.2 %、3.9分钟和 4.2分钟 ,与豫麦 47号适生区栽培条件下均有较大差异。氮肥可有效提高豫麦 47号的冬前分蘖、亩有效穗数和湿面筋含量 ,钾肥可提高亩穗数和千粒重。

Effect of the combination applicection of different rate of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer on the yield and quality of Yumai 47 in the hilly region of weaten Henan province

Under the experinental condition designed,the content of average wet gluten of Yumai 47 was {28.3%,}the ratio of water absorption was 63.2%.The doush shape time and the steady time was recpectively {3.9}min and 4.2min. There were the larger differenes alour the about the above-mentioned characteritics of Yumai 47 between cultivated in the hilly region of westen Henan province and cultivated in the wheat grouth-suitatle area.Nitrgen fertilizer could raise the tilleringbefore winter,eddective ears and content of wet glaten,and potassium fertilizer was fanauroble to raise of eddective ears and the weight of thousand grains of wheat.
