摘    要:为了更好地观察植物的导管和维管束,选用黄豆芽和小白菜为材料,研究了制作植物导管和维管柬标本的新方法。用黄豆芽制作的导管切片标本,能清晰观察到各种类型的导管。小白菜维管柬标本颜色鲜艳且通体透明,维管束的分布、位置和数量一目了然,可提高标本演示效果。

Abstract:In order to better observe the plants catheter and vascular bundles, bean sprouts and cabbage selected as materials, a new method of observing and producing plant catheter and vascular specimens is successfully developed. Various types of catheters can be clearly observed in bean sprouts catheter biopsy specimens. The cabbage vascular brightly colored specimens are transparent. The distribution, location and numbers of vascular bundles are clearly visible with effectiveness of teaching.
