| 摘 要： | 指定辩护制度是我国法律援助制度的重要组成部分,其宗旨在于帮助一些特殊的被告人行使其法定的辩护权。这对保障这些被告人的权利起着至关重要的作用,但由于该制度在立法和司法实践中都存在诸多的不足和制约因素,从而影响了其功能的有效发挥。我们应对这项制度认真研究,并逐步加以完善。

| Abstract: | The criminal designated defending is the principal thing of legal aid.It aims to help some special defendant carry out their right to defense,this is vital to safeguard the right of defendant.But this policy itself has some defects,it is not be well completed so that this right has become a false right in a sense.This thesis is to analyze the policy and give some improving advice. |
