建筑业的制度兼容与企业经济效益分析

针对建筑企业成本高，效益低，安全事故频发等问题，从研究制度入手，探索改进建筑行业管理水平的途径．认为制度可以分为正式制度与非正式制度，如果二者兼容，则交易成本小，经济绩效高，反之则低．进而提出，建筑业提高经济绩效的最有效途径就是制定和完善各种正式制度，同时积极鼓励地方政府、建筑企业以及劳动者等在政府确立的基础性制度框架范围内，积极开展自主性的非正式制度创新活动，使二者兼容，以保证建筑行业安全生产，提高企业的经济绩效．

Analysis of compatible system and economic achievements in the architecture industry

In view of the problems of high costs,inefficiency and frequent security accident in architecture industry,improving the way of management quality is investigated through analying architecture industry system.The system can be divided into formal system and informal system,if compatible,the transaction costs decrease and economic benefits rise.On the contrary,it goes to the reverse side.Thus,it is put forward that the most effictive way for enhancing the economic achievement is to make and improve each kind of formal system.Meanwhile,the local authorities,enterprises and workers should be encouraged to take innovative activities in order to ensure secure production and improve economic benefits.
