锁相技术在感应加热电源中的应用

摘    要:实现了一种由CD4046集成锁相环设计的应用于感应加热电源的无相差频率跟踪控制系统,并就锁相瞬态性能进行了重点分析与设计,还就控制系统的相位补偿等问题进行了分析讨论。将该系统用于10kW-50kHzIGBT超音频串联感应加热电源样机中,使控制回路更加简单、可靠,电源运行良好。

Abstract:This paper proposes a control system with the nophase difference of frequency track devised on the basis of the CD4046 integrated phase locked loop. The system is applied to the design of the inductive heat power. The paper mainly analyses and designs the instant behavior of the phase lock, and discusses the phase compensation of the control system. The system is used in a 50kHz IGBT supersonic series inductive heating power prototype rated at 10kW, which makes the control loop more simple and reliable, so that the prototype runs well.
