卷板机电液伺服同步控制系统设计及仿真

摘    要:为了提高水平下调式三辊卷板机的上工作辊同步运动精度,以及抗重负载干扰能力,采用电液伺服技术与模糊自整定PID控制器相结合,设计了一种基于主从控制策略的电液伺服同步控制方案,并进行了计算机仿真.结果表明该方案提高了同步控制精度,增强了设备抗干扰能力,为多缸同步系统提供了有效控制方法.

Abstract:In order to improve the synchronous movement precision and anti-interference ability of the rolling machine,a method based on master-slave architecture is raised by combining electro-hydraulic servo technology and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller.The computer simulation results show that this method increases the synchronous control precision,and enhances the equipment anti-interference ability,and it also provides an effective control method for other multi-cylinder system.
