摘    要:本文讲述了结构优化设计的必要性,并介绍了主要优化方法和了常用的拓扑优化方法。基于均匀化拓扑优化方法,建立了以体积为目标函数,在不同边界下,梁结构的不同布局的拓扑优化模型。借助于ANSYS软件平台,利用APDL语言实现了研究所运用的优化算法,数值算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,减少了设计变量的数目,提高了求解效率。

Different Boundary Shapes of Beam Structure Topology Optimization
Abstract:In this paper, based on the homogenization topology optimization methods, the beam structure models in the different boundary conditions and different layouts were set up with the volume as the objective function. And the topology optimization numerical model of it was derived by using SIMP method and the classical idea of the Euler-Bernoulli and the Timoshenko beam theory. The optimization algorithm was achieved by using the APDL language through the ANSYS software. The numerical examples showed the method's feasibility and effectiveness, and reducing the number of design variables improve the efficiency of the solution at the same border.
