泵控马达调速液压系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:论述了变量泵控马达调速回路的基本原理,在对回路系统进行了一定的假设等效和忽略一些对结果影响较小因素的基础上,对某一变量泵控马达系统进行了分析和参数选择,建立了其液压系统数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink对回路进行仿真分析,分别得到系统在有无PID控制、加载时间、载荷大小对系统响应的影响,仿真结果表明,系统在PID控制下,负载力矩不为零时,在同一时刻加上不同的负载,系统响应的超调量和调整时间均随着负载的增加而增加;PID控制器具有消除系统响应的稳态误差的作用,能够使系统抗负载扰动的性能提高。

Abstract:Based on the simulation analysis of MATLAB/SIMULINK,the influence with or without PID control system,the different load time and input load on the response of the system were investigated.In addition,different parameters contrast figures were also drawn on the Matlab orders window.The simulation results showed that under the control of PID,if the load was not zero,the response overshoot and setting time of system increased with the load increasing at the same time with different loads.PID controller could reduce the stable error of system response,and improve the anti-disturbance performance.
